Open call for Network sessions

The ETN conference in Athens (October 21-23) is fast approaching, and we are pleased that the details are now becoming more concrete. Most of the information regarding the schedule, speakers, and supporting program is already online and can be found on this website under the menu item "ETN conference Athens". The rest of the program will be finalized in the coming weeks.

Part of every ETN Conference are the popular network sessions. ETN members can present their own projects for a maximum of 10 minutes and with a maximum of 10 slides. The content does not necessarily have to relate to the conference theme "Visions & Traditions," but it should highlight current aspects of our members' work.

We still have a few spots available for the networking sessions.

To apply for being part in the network sessions, please send us an abstract of no more than 200 words and 2 photos including credits in landscape format until 20. September 2026 to:

info@etn-net.org with the subject line ‘network sessions’

We ask for your understanding that, due to time constraints, not all submissions can be considered.

Details about the selected network sessions will be published by the end of September 2026.
