Contextile 2020: Contemporary Textile Art Biennial

Between the 5th September and the 25th October 2020, the city of Guimarães and its territory has been the stage for the Contemporary Textile Art Biennial “Contextile”, an international event, including exhibitions, residences, lectures and also virtual events. For two months the Contemporary Textile Art Biennial occupied various cultural facilities and the public space of the city, reflecting on the theme “Places of Memory – Interdiscourses of a textile territory”.
