TXT - Slovak Association of Textile Artists TXT announces the theme of the 22nd International Mini Textile Exhibition - BUBBLES

The exhibition is open to professional artists of all disciplines as well as art school students. We expect works with a subjective or objective interpretation and an understandable theme. Works that respect the criteria of textile miniature and emphasize its original starting points - textile techniques or materials. Overlaps with other artistic disciplines and combinations with non-textile materials that will enrich the artistic intentions are welcome. To ensure a high standard and an unbiased evaluation, a jury of experts will determine whose works will be on show at the group exhibition in Galéria Umelka in Bratislava, Slovakia.

Schedule:

1/ June 30, 2022 - extended deadline for applications with photo documentation

2/ September 30, 2022 – announcement  of the results of the jury selection

3/ November 1 - 15 - sending works by mail

4/ November 20, 14:00 - 17:00 - personal handover of the work in the exhibition spaces of the Umelka Gallery, Bratislava

 5/ November 23, 2022 - opening of the exhibition in Umelka Gallery, Bratislava
